	Customers wishing to return merchandise must obtain a return authorization from Hockey Galore. We will not accept unauthorized returns of any type. Merchandise will only be authorized for a refund or exchange at our expense if Hockey Galore has shipped the wrong item. Any other reason will incur a 30% restocking fee on the item cost (claims for refunds or exchanges). Customers must also pay for for costs associated with the returned item. This includes return shipping, duties and brokerage fees if applicable. All returned items for credit or exchange must be sent in their original condition. Equipment which has been worn or used will not be accepted. Skates that have been sharpened will not be accepted. Items that have been custom ordered such as painted and solid goalie masks (Hackva and Olie) or custom ordered hockey jersey's cannot be returned. Items in our "Clearance" or "Close Out" category cannot be returned for refund or exchange. No returns will be permitted after 10 days from the date the order is received. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below. Hockey Galore will specify if the item should be returned to our US or Canadian based address. No exchanges or refunds will be accepted for Canadian residents ordering on our US based HockeyGalore.Com website. Please make sure that you order the correct product.
