Free Shipping Promotion
Shipping will be free on orders of $350.00 or more to major US
metropolitain cities. Items deemed to be Overweight or oversized do not
qualify for this promotion. These items could be wheeled hockey bags, player
or goalie hockey sticks, bulky or large items such as goalie equipment or
any package exceeding 15x15x15 or 25 lbs in dimensional volume will not
qualify. Multiple boxes do not apply. Custom design goalie masks will not
qualify. Items being shipped from Canada do not qualify. Express shipping
does not qualify. Other conditions not noted in this paragraph may also
apply but will be communicated to you if we deem that free shipping does not
qualify.
Delivery times are calculated in business days. Weekends, holidays and the
day of shipment does not count towards the delivery time. (i.e. if we ship
on Friday a 2nd day air package, the arrival date will be the following
Tuesday.)
Billing Discrepancies
Please be advised that Orders will only be shipped to billing addresses. If
you need to ship to a different address, you must call us so that we can
verify the authenticity. Card Holder Names Different than the Name on the
Order, or other issues may be subject to delays due to our strict
verification process. Credit card numbers not matching your billing address
are subject to verification which will incur further delays. You may receive
a call to confirm information before the order is shipped.
A handling fee of $3.00 will apply on ALL orders without exception.

Please note that UPS does not guarantee Residential Next Day deliveries. No refunds are provided for next day charges to residential
addresses. In some cases these rates are estimates and shipping cost may need to be adjusted. We reserve the right to charge up to $40.00 extra above and beyond this approximate rate table. We will notify you prior to shipment if the amount exceeds $40.00. These surcharges will apply on overweight/oversized items such as wheeled bags, goalie equipment, hockey sticks and other items that may not be indicated on this paragraph.
The Hockey Galore.com Warehouse is located in California, so choose your shipping times accordingly. Ground shipping method may take up to 48 hours to process so please choose your shipping method accordingly. If you absolutely need it by a certain day then choose one of the air services. The above charges are per shipping box. For larger orders we will e-mail you a shipping quote.
Air Orders:
All AIR orders placed prior to 11:00 a.m. PST will usually ship that same day
(assuming all items are in-stock). Sometimes due to order volume it may take an
additional day to process your order. (If you need a product by a specific date
then please call us). Any order placed after 11:00 a.m. on Friday will be
shipped the following non-holiday Monday.
Pickups:
We do not accept pick-ups since Hockey Galore.com is an online store.
Shipping To P.O. Boxes:
UPS will not ship to P.O Boxes, please use a physical street address. Orders
that are refused will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to
us and a 30% re-stocking fee. Orders shipped via UPS are subject to the 'Terms
and Conditions of Service' as detailed on
UPS.com.We will use USPS as a shipping option if a P.O box is used.
Address Changes:
Please verify the accuracy of your shipping address before submitting your
order; a fee of $14 per package will be assessed for each address change once
the order has left our Warehouse.
Shipping To Canada
Avoid Brokerage fees by selecting USPS Priority to Canada as your shipping
method. USPS Priority to Canada is often the most efficient shipping method to
Canada. Shipping Delays could take from 7 to 12 business days as the item must
first come to our office in Montreal. We will then use Canada Post to ship to
your address in Canada
Shipping Limitations
When an order is placed, it will be shipped to the address designated by you
as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions
contained at the courier company. Risk of loss and title for items purchased
from Hockey Galore.Com pass to you upon delivery of the items to the
carrier. You are responsible for filling any claims with carriers for
damaged and/or lost shipments.
